Here are the proportions for the wet spotter:

8 parts water
1 part liquid dishwashing detergent
1 part glycerin

My measurements for my wet spotter were:

4 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon liquid dishwashing detergent
1/2 tablespoon glycerin
